Flock printing is done by velvet spraying machine. This machine is responsible for spraying velvet fibers vertically on the surface impregnated with glue. By squeezing the knob of the device, the fibers are placed in the path of high voltage electric current and are thrown vertically and parallel to each other on the surface from the tip. The movement of the fibers is from phase to ground. About 10 to 20% of the length of the fibers enters the adhesive and after drying, the excess powder is cleaned by air flow or vacuum. The fiber roots are now fixed inside the adhesive and provide a soft and eye-catching surface.
