Flock fibers are initially produced in the form of long, thin filaments in the mother spinning mills. Then, in the next stage, they will be provided to flock fiber cutting and processing factories. These fibers are cut accurately and routinely from 0.5 mm to 3 mm in length by special fiber cutting machines. Then, in several stages of operation, including washing and dyeing, they are processed and turned into a powder, which is called fluke powder.
